The following contains information and dates you need to know regarding the availability of Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment, including some of the changes you will see. Prior to the Online Banking and Mobile Banking App upgrade, access will be temporarily unavailable. Please make note of the following important dates and plan your online banking activities accordingly.

  • Friday July 6th, 2018 - Beginning at 4:00pm EST, the current Online Banking and Bill Payment systems will be unavailable while we transition your account.
  • Monday July 9th, 2018 - The new Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment systems will be available. During these transition times, you may continue to access your accounts in person at any Baptist Health South Florida FCU branch, by phone, and at ATMs.


When you sign in on Monday July 9th, 2018 you will notice some important changes. Please be aware of the following:

  • LOGIN: Your Password will change. Your Logon ID will remain thesame, but you will sign on with a temporary password. Your temporary password will be THE LAST SIX DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Once you sign on, you will be prompted to change your password and create new challenge questions.
  • BILL PAYMENT: Your existing Bill Pay profile will be transferred over along with all your payees and scheduled payments.
  • ACCOUNT NICKNAMES: If you nicknamed your accounts in the old system, those account nicknames will not be transferred to the new system. New nicknames can be quickly set up by clicking settings on the new system.
