When you log into our Online Banking and Bill Pay system beginning Sept. 3rd, you will see a new and upgraded format for Bill Pay with new services available for you to enroll in. These new services are - PopMoney, a person to person transfer service; A2A, an account to account transfer service from your accounts here to your accounts at other financial institutions; and electronic statements. Please note, as a result of our computer conversion, account histories from months prior to September will not be available. All new account history beginning 09/01/2019 will be available for viewing. If you have a question about a transaction that occurred prior to 09/01/2019, please contact us and we will provide that information to you or we can mail you a copy of your account history or statement. Also, your account numbers will display in a new format but this will have no impact on how you use your account or on how your account functions. If you would like to label your accounts with a name or other identifier, select that account under Bank-IT, select Account Details and update the information displayed in the Nickname field to whatever you wish it to be.
