One of the great new features of Virtual Branch is you now have the ability to set your own Custom Account Alerts. In order to receive your custom account alerts you must first have a valid email address in Virtual Branch. Once you successfully log in, go to the Self Service tab and click on Personal Information. Please ensure you have a valid email address.
