Getting Started About Security Enroll Online Calculators Demo

Big Changes Coming to Online Banking!

Linn-Co FCU is undergoing a conversion of the main data processing system at the end of May. All systems will be down and offices closed beginning the evening of Friday, May 29th through Monday, June 1st. Everything will resume on Tuesday, June 2nd. Please plan ahead, if you’ll be needing cash over the weekend. Debit cards and ATMs will continue to function, but withdrawal limits may be limited.

As part of the conversion, you will notice a new look and feel to our online banking. You’ll notice more security with 2-factor authentication, easier navigation, some debit card management options, and improved communications with the credit union. You can even attach a photo of an invoice or receipt to a transaction.

Some things to note about the conversion and online banking:

~Your member number will not change.

~You will need to re-enroll in online banking and set a new password. Simply visit www.linncofcu.org and click the 24-7 Click Banking button in the upper-right hand corner to start. You’ll need your social security number, account number, and the phone number we have on file for you. It will send an authorization code to the cell phone we have on file. If you need assistance, please giveus a call at 541.259.1235.

~Delete your old Linn-Co mobile app and download the new app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

~If you have scheduled or recurring transfers, or account alerts, those will need to be set up on the new system.

~For Quicken or QuickBooks users, you’ll want to be sure and download your history at the end of May. History isnot coming over with the conversion, so if you need your May history in Quicken format, you need to download it before the end of the day on Friday, May 29th.

We’re excited for these changes and hope you will be, too. Remember, the offices will be closed on Monday, June 1st, as we make sure everything is ready for you. We appreciate your membership and thank you, in advance, for your patience.
